Located inside One Waterline Square, designed by the prestigious Richard Meier & Partners, Somm Cellars packed a whole bunch of logistical challenges into a small retail footprint. Working in collaboration with the talented Cece Stelljes, of Stelljes Design, we carefully curated customer flow, and tailored the storage and display to showcase Somm Cellars impeccably sourced fine wine selection. To (literally) get this off the ground, Parkbench Architects spearheaded the design of a 30’ long steel catwalk providing access double height wine storage and maximize the space’s full potential.
